THE CALLING :
Pastor Cobb was born on September 4, 1970 in East Chicago, Indiana where most of his family still resides. He accepted Christ at the age of 7 at Antioch Baptist Church and was baptized by Dr. Julius Scruggs.

He knows personally the reality of the power of God’s grace. He developed many other pursuits while playing High School and College basketball. His focus was crippled during this time, but not his perspective. He always believed that there was more to his life than where he was.

Pastor Cobb moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin hoping and seeking for one thing while running from another. On December 3, 1992, he finally gave into the call of God on his life to preach the gospel. Pastor Cobb accepted his calling in a practically abandoned building on 29th & Wells St. The glory of God knocked him on his knees and he was literally temporarily blinded until he said, YES to God. He has been preaching the gospel ever since and knows personally the experience of God's "staying power."

THE PASTOR:
Pastor Cobb is the Senior Pastor of "The Move Of Gilead" church located in Mesquite, TX. He is the founder of the church formally known as "Church On The Move." He started the church in September 2002 with 6 people who were called to faithfully lay the foundation for the ministry. The church now has approximately 400 members and is still growing.

Through his unique and passionate preaching style and exuberant worship, he has the ability to lead people into the throne room of God, receiving a next-dimension impartation.

When asked what he does for a living, he says, “I seek God for a living. It’s very simple. I have a burning desire to know God more. It’s not revelation that keeps me hungry, but it is the pursuit of that revelation. I’m still excited about my salvation after 15 years of ministry. Titles are necessary, position helps maintain order, but relationship with God and being part of a move of God is what drives me.”

The ENTREPRENEUR:
Pastor Cobb is also an accomplished businessman. He is the co-owner and founder of two companies which are both very successful. God has blessed him to be able to function as a prophet, priest and king in the body of Christ. He not only carries out the vision as a priest, he also accumulates wealth as a king.

He has established KNA (Kingdom Network Association). Through this organization, Pastor Cobb and his leadership team conduct evangelistic crusades, plant churches and help empower people and churches to improve their quality of living through various resources. Pastor Cobb is also a very prolific author. He has written his first book “Born In Royalty”, which will be released in Febuary 2008. He has also authored other writings soon to be published entitled “Catching the Spirit of Faith”, Thy Kingdom Shift”, and there are many more to come.

THE SCHOLAR:
After prayer, Pastor Cobb was led to move to Nashville, Tennessee and begin his ministerial training at American Baptist College, where he graduated in three years in 1996. He received a B.A. degree in Biblical Studies & Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree. He was voted Who’s Who Among students and received the president's award.

THE HUSBAND/FATHER:
Pastor Cobb has been married to Meikel Cobb for 12 years and they have three beautiful children: Josiah David, Destiny Jordyn and Zion Trinity.
